Our Website represents our store, Hannah's Home Furnishings. It consists of two sections, our online store and our brick and mortar store.
- Our brick and mortar store:
- At our store in Capitola we sell furniture—upholstery, bedroom, living room and home office furniture. If you wish to purchase furniture it can be purchased at our store or ordered by calling direct.
Please note: WE DO NOT SELL FURNITURE ONLINE AND WE DO NOT SHIP FURNITURE. We do, however, deliver throughout the California Central Coast using our own delivery truck.

- Here you will find the accessories that enhance your home. They are items made by hand from craftspeople around the world. Many of these items are in stock and ready to ship. They are easy to order through our shopping cart and easy to return if you decide there not right for you.

How to Order

- By Fax: Orders may be faxed using our printable Order Form and faxed to 831 462-1693

- Check (funds need to clear your bank before we ship)
Lead Times
We try to have items in stock and ready to ship. If an item is not is stock it generally will ship within 1-2 weeks. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you via e-mail.
Shipping
- We ship free for orders $50.00 and over to the Contiguous United States using USPS First Class, Priority, Fed Ex Ground, or UPS Ground and choose whichever one is best suited for your order.
- For orders up to $49.99 and/or any orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- USPS shipping costs are caculated automatically by the U.S. Postal Service's online shipping caculator.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- We will email your tracking number after the item has been shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS Express mail.
Return Policy
At Hannah's we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you ordered something that is not what you expected we want you to have the option to change your mind to exchange or to return the item get your money back.
Returned items will receive a 100% refund less outbound shipping costs.
- To return an item:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in new condition and in original packaging. Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for the return.
- Repackage the item in the original packaging plus any additional packaging to prevent any damage. We strongly suggest you insure the package otherwise you will be responsible for any damage during the return shipment.
- Ship via a trackable method and e-mail us the tracking number. We suggest UPS or Fed Ex.
- If the returned item arrives damaged to us, we will notify the customer via e-mail. It is the customers' responsibility to file a claim with their shipper.
Refunds
- When we receive the item in good condition we will issue a refund for the amount and tax of the item less original shipping charges.
- We will only issue credit to the credit card originally used. Orders paid by cash or check will receive a refund check
- Unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we do not refund shipping charges.
- We cannot issue a refund for the return of certain items, including:
- Sale or Clearance items
- Custom or special orders
- Any item or style not listed or shown on our web site
- Any item not in its original condition
- Any item that has obvious signs of use
Damaged Items
- If the item arrives damaged or defective please contact us immediately. We will then notify the shipper that shipped the item to report a damaged shipment and begin the claim process. Remember to save all packaging material.
- If you receive an item that shows any visible signs of damage to the box tell the driver to make note on their electronic keypad.
- If you see damage to the product, refuse the shipment.
- Package the item so not to incur additional damage. We will issue a call tag with the carrier to pick up the damaged product from the delivery address. This can take between 1 and 5 days. The carrier will have the return shipping label. When the item has been returned we will ship out its replacement.
Cancelations
Orders for custom items once placed cannot be cancelled.
