Newgate is owned by designer and clock fanatic Jim Reed and his wife and partner, Chloe. Jim has always had a fascination for clocks, as well as a passion for great design and objects of beauty and quality. The couple's life is dominated by design. Their home, travel and interest are influenced by their love of London, New York and Paris.
Although the style of Newgate clocks take on much of a vintage flavor, it is their interpretation of these designs, perfect for contemporary living, which gives them a unique edge. Along with this, is their drive to produce the highest quality clocks, Newgate uses only the best specialists in their field from around the world.
